Training to me, it’s not just about showing up to the gym and lifting. It’s the community, the people and just seeing them smile. This is what training is about, enjoying every moment of the journey, if you can’t have a laugh and enjoy it why are you doing it? Finding and setting goals, achieving them and just all round having an awesome time.
Not only working hard and having a blast but taking the best possible care of your body. Eating whole foods and good quality foods is just as important as the training. If you don’t feed or replace what you have just lost, you are causing your body more harm than good.
And finally knowledge! Spreading what I have learned, teaching and helping those understand what they are doing so they can take that on with them and continue to grow not only in the gym but the knowledge around it.

I'm super excited to embark on a new adventure in the fitness industry. I'm passionate about undertaking a career that is going to allow me to help others physical and mental health.
My journey so far over the past five years has allowed me to experience various training styles. Not only has this helped start my fitness education, but it has also helped me find what is best suited to different individual's training needs. I've also recommended the multiple of benefits that exercise gives. Not only does it allow for physical fitness and strength, but it also provides more mental clarity, happier states, aids in weight loss/ gain, and decreases sickness.
It's my goal to help educate, train, and inspire those around me. Empowering those individuals with the knowledge that will allow them to personify the best versions of themselves.
Amy Wiley
Amy attended the University of Miami, FL on an athletic scholarship where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Education - Exercise Physiology. Her interest in physio was sparked after undergoing multiple knee reconstructions throughout her athletic career at Miami and experiencing firsthand the impact that her physios had on her road to recovery and confidence with return to sport. After graduation, she took a year to work as a physiotherapy assistant at the University of Miami Hospital before moving to Australia to study her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University. Upon completing her post graduate degree, she worked at numerous clinics where she gathered a thorough understanding of a wide range of clientele, which ultimately led her to discover her true passion for pre and post natal pilates and return to exercise post pregnancy.
Amy’s main objective is to educate and empower her clients throughout their rehab journey. She uses a combination of hands-on techniques and exercise prescription to help individuals reach their specific rehab goals. Amy loves teaching 1:1 and Clinical Pilates Classes to gently ease clients back into exercise and rebuild their confidence with movement after injury. She believes having a bit of fun while learning to love movement is the best form of medicine and her main goal is to get clients back doing the things that they love most while promoting health and overall wellbeing.
Outside of work Amy loves to train with the Complete Body team, hike/camp with her husband, son and two border collies, and spend time with her family.

I’ve been involved in organized and competitive sport for 13+ years in both player and coaching roles, from local to state level.
Through my sport I was exposed to a range of training modalities which fostered my interest and love for the world of health and functional fitness. This is where I was lucky enough to be told about CB and loved the programing, coaches and community.
From my sport I was driven to complete a certificate III in fitness and continue furthering my knowledge in the health industry by studying a degree in Exercise Physiology. With this I am able to combine both practical and theory-based components for the most holistic coaching experience. I have already gained experience in;
- Team based strength and conditioning
- Youth/adolescent strength and development
- General health and fitness
Through learning of my own injuries and experiences, I strive to help everyone live an empowered life of pain-free movement.
Caitlin Davies
Hello! I’m Caitlin (or Cait for short), a qualified Clinical Nutritionist with a BHSc, Pilates Instructor, Fitness Instructor, and a passionate foodie.
At 19, I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, which led me to experience various challenges like digestive issues, fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, and weight loss. Working closely with a Functional Dietitian at that time ignited my passion for health and wellness. I began transforming my favorite recipes to be gluten-free and dairy-free and discovered the gym, gradually earning my personal training certifications. Through this journey, I learned how to heal both body and mind. Once I started feeling better mentally, emotionally, and physically, I knew I wanted to help others achieve the same.
Driven by this newfound passion, I pursued a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. During my studies, I delved deeply into the science of nutrition, focusing on how evidence-based practices can be used to support gut health, mental well-being, hormonal balance, and overall wellness. My education emphasised a holistic approach, integrating cutting-edge research with practical application to address the complexities of health. I also completed hands-on training and practical placements, which enriched my understanding of personalised nutrition strategies and the importance of tailored health solutions.
At The Nourished Plate, my mission is to provide holistic health and wellness through whole foods, helping you find balance and develop a positive relationship with yourself and your food.
I’m excited to embark on this journey with you!
